By accessing or using UNJYNX ("the Service"), operated by METAminds ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UNJYNX is a productivity application that provides task management, multi-channel reminders, focus tools, and related features. The Service is available as a mobile application for Android and iOS, with supporting web interfaces.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription & Billing

UNJYNX offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our notification channels
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and code, is the intellectual property of METAminds. You retain ownership of the content you create within the Service (tasks, projects, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

UNJYNX integrates with third-party messaging platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAminds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
